Too complicated

Im not a smart man, although I did manage to get a masters and a bachelors degree. For me, its a little too complex. It should be as simple as click and use. Currently, the process is purchase, queue, activate, click, click, then use(?). I donno I got on the bus and my pass said "invalid" but the driver was nice enough to let me slide. Apparently Im not the only idiot. :)
