This app is great! Its very helpful

Im actually pretty impressed with this app. I can enter my destination and it gives me possible routes, I can buy and use tickets from my smartphone, and I can check real-time by schedules. Best public transport app Ive used so far.

Yo Capital Metro- you guys need to have reduced Day passes and reduced passes on here. Its pretty sad when a fly comes out of my pocket when I look for those extra $1.25 or $1.50 to pay for my day pass. I have my I.D ready and everything, I just need you guys to help me out here. Come on. Ive been riding yalls busses since 2005. Stay true to your fans Capital Metro. Please give us reduced passes. Thanks. Shout out to my Favorite bus driver from Route #350 Hes cool

The app functions well and serves its purpose. As the bus service falls short by not running late enough, the app falls a little short by not maintaining a list of favorite routes. It is accurate and extremely useful on the go.

Two times now this app has "lost" day passes that I have purchased. I use it once and when I go back to the app later in the day it has logged me out and theres no record of my purchase. The trip planner is also buggy. It doesnt recognize my saved address and I have to re-enter them every time. Use at your own risk!!

Well designed and functioning app!

If you buy more than one ticket at once it activates multiple at a time sometimes. Signs out when I open the app about once a week making getting on the bus a nightmare. Crashes. Need to be able to access tickets offline even when signed out. Please save tickets to device if its gonna sign out at random.

Every time I try to purchase any tickets the app crashes. Please fix this bug.

The app needs a way to save routes for the Next Departure.

Ticket storage does not work. Each iOS update breaks the app. Cant get on bus because I cant access ticket! Way too many steps to access ticket when it is working.

Im not a smart man, although I did manage to get a masters and a bachelors degree. For me, its a little too complex. It should be as simple as click and use. Currently, the process is purchase, queue, activate, click, click, then use(?). I donno I got on the bus and my pass said "invalid" but the driver was nice enough to let me slide. Apparently Im not the only idiot. :)

I found the app a bit confusing as to the sequence for getting a pass and using it. It took 2 or 3 tries before it was smooth. I could be wrong in my belief I can only store 1 favorite station; I need 1 near home and 1 near the office for the return trip. For the small screens phones have but trying to find the nearest bus stop from where I’m at to catch the bus I’m looking for seems to be rather difficult. Not sure how you could accomplish this on small phone screens but it’d be nice to have. The saving grace is when I get to the nearest stop there are now signs directing you to the neighboring stop to catch the specific bus you want.

Used app twice. Easy to buy tickets. And first time I redeemed ticket it worked great. But I just tried scanning my second ticket and the reader displayed "pass invalid."

Just bought a 31-day commuter ticket, which had the expiration date set 30 minutes after I bought it. Was buying this because the app locked out my existing 31-day ticket. Do not upgrade!!!!

This app shows how little CapMetro cares about its passengers.

Latest app update failed and I can neither update nor remove the app. Im stuck with a broken icon and no app access. In short: not the best version.

Using the App I purchase bus tickets and passes use to allow me to use my tickets for 24 hours. Now they have an expiration of the exact time they have been activated, making the purchase useless and no refundable.
